1. Promotion
The “Win Your Ultimate Summer Pack” competition (“Promotion”) is a collaboration between Zulu & Zephyr and Sunday Supply Co.

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 10am AEST on 01.10.2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31.10.2026. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Zulu & Zephyr, Sunday Supply Co. and any agencies directly associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the competition entry form during the Promotion Period, including providing a valid name and email address.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they are subscribing to receive marketing communications from both Zulu & Zephyr and Sunday Supply Co., including news, product launches, promotions and offers.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications from either brand at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in their respective emails. Unsubscribing after a valid entry has been submitted will not invalidate that entry.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Summer Pack, valued at over AUD $3,000, comprising:

• AUD $2,000 to spend at Zulu & Zephyr; and
• AUD $1,000 worth of Sunday Supply Co. beach essentials, including an umbrella, beach chairs, towels and other selected products.

Specific Sunday Supply Co. products may be subject to availability and may be substituted with products of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Any Zulu & Zephyr prize credit or voucher will be subject to the applicable redemption instructions and any reasonable conditions communicated to the winner.

6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on 01.11.2026 at ZULU & ZEPHYR HEAD OFFICE.

The first valid entry randomly selected will be deemed the winner.

This Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the Promotion within 7 business days of the draw.

The winner may also be announced via Zulu & Zephyr and/or Sunday Supply Co. social channels.

The winner must respond and claim their prize within [14 days] of being notified.

If the winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or does not claim the prize within the specified period, the Promoters reserve the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries, subject to applicable law.

8. Verification
The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and the identity and eligibility of entrants. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, submitted using false information or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid.

9. Privacy & Marketing Consent
Personal information collected as part of the Promotion will be used to administer the competition and, where consent has been provided as part of entry, to send marketing communications from Zulu & Zephyr and Sunday Supply Co.

By entering, entrants acknowledge that their submitted contact information may be shared between Zulu & Zephyr and Sunday Supply Co. for these purposes.

Each brand will handle personal information in accordance with its respective privacy policy and applicable Australian privacy and marketing laws.

Entrants can unsubscribe from either brand’s marketing communications at any time.

10. General
The Promoters reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion if circumstances outside their reasonable control prevent the Promotion from being conducted as intended.

The Promoters are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not received due to technical issues outside their reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
