Full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a refund if in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene liners attached.

Australia

Refunds - A $12.95 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds. This fee includes a prepaid return shipping label.

Store Credit -  No handling fee applies. A complimentary prepaid return shipping label is provided.

New Zealand

Refunds & Store Credit - Customers are responsible for their own return postage. No handling fee applies.
