Holiday Return Extension
To make your holiday shopping easier, full-priced items purchased between December 1st and December 31st can be returned for a refund or store credit until January 31st. Lodge your return by January 31st and ensure it’s postmarked within 2 business days.

Store Credit Returns (Fee-Free)

Returns for store credit are free of handling fees and include a complimentary prepaid return shipping label. Store credits are issued for the value of the returned item(s) as digital gift cards with no expiry, redeemable on any future purchase.
Refunds (with Handling Fee)
If you choose a refund instead of store credit, a handling fee applies

A $12.95 handling fee, which includes the prepaid return shipping label, will be deducted from all refunds (Australia only). New Zealand customers must arrange their own return postage — no handling fee applies.
