By selecting Shipping Protection at checkout, you agree to the following terms. Shipping Protection covers items that are damaged during shipping or lost in transit and not delivered. It does not cover incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you, delivery delays (unless the item is lost or damaged), or product misuse after delivery. Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.

To file a claim, contact us within 1 business day of delivery for damaged items (including photos of the damage).

Damaged items must be returned before a refund, replacement, or store credit is issued. For items marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 1 business day of the delivery date. Additional documentation, such as photos or tracking information, may be required.

Claims are reviewed within 3 business days, and approved claims will receive a refund, replacement, or store credit equal to the item’s value. Our liability is limited to providing a refund, replacement, or store credit, and we are not responsible for any indirect damages.
