Boxing Day Sale- items purchased part of the Boxing Day Sale including 30% discount and further discounted sale are strictly final sale and cannot be returned for credit, exchange or refund.
Items purchased using 30% discount code BOXING DAY - FINAL SALE are strictly final sale and cannot be returned for credit, exchange or refund.
We do not honour price matching post-purchase for promotional sales and further discounts.
Welcome subscription codes cannot be used on sale items. Welcome codes only apply to full priced items.

Orders will be dispatched on business days throughout the holiday season. Please note that both our warehouse and office will be closed on public holidays.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a follow-up email with your tracking number and carrier details for convenient shipment monitoring.
Orders cannot be edited once placed. To amend the shipping address or cancel an order, please contact orders@zuluandzephyr.com immediately. Changes or cancellations are not possible after dispatch. Express services begin after dispatch.
All orders are shipped from our Zulu & Zephyr warehouse located in Australia.
