Post-Refund Procedure

Once you've received your refund via Refundid, your refund process is finalised.
If you haven't shipped your items back yet, kindly do so to the address specified in Zulu & Zephyr's returns policy. Don't forget to provide Refundid with the relevant shipping tracking number by adding it through your Refundid account.

Non-Refundable Items

Refundid doesn't cover SALE items, as all SALE purchases are final and cannot be returned. Additionally, orders made using a gift card or store credit are not eligible for Refundid.

 

Refund Timeline

Refunds processed through Refundid are instant, appearing in your bank account within 60 seconds of lodging the return. If your refund isn't received within this timeframe, reach out to Refundid for assistance.

 

Afterpay or Klarna Purchases

Even if an item is bought using Afterpay or any other buy now pay later service, you're still eligible for a refund through Refundid by following the designated process. Please note that Refundid refunds won't settle any outstanding Buy Now Pay Later payments, so ensure to clear any remaining instalments with your Buy Now Pay Later provider.
