Jump the Queue

The “JUMP THE QUEUE – Priority Dispatch” service is available for Australian online orders and must be selected at checkout to apply.

To qualify for same-day dispatch, orders must be placed by 1pm AEST on a business day; orders placed after this time, or on a public holiday, will be dispatched the next business day and prioritised before 1pm AEST.

All priority orders are shipped via StarTrack Premium, which includes express delivery and tracking provided upon dispatch. While this service ensures priority handling and faster shipment, delivery timeframes depend on the destination and courier service standards, and delays once the parcel has left our warehouse are outside our control and do not qualify for a postage refund.

A $30 non-refundable fee applies and will be added at checkout when the service is selected.
